How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. The link expires after 1 hour.
How do I download Bible translations?
Go to Settings → Bible Version. Choose a translation and tap Download. Translations are stored locally on your device and do not require an internet connection once downloaded.
How do I collect verse puzzle pieces?
Open the Bible reader and read any chapter. After reading, a puzzle piece for a verse in that chapter may be awarded to you. You can also earn pieces by completing team missions.
How do team missions work?
From the home screen, tap Adventure to enter the mission area. Create or join a team, then start the mission together. Your team answers Bible quiz questions — the majority vote decides the answer. Complete all stages to earn rewards.
How do I sync my notebook to the cloud?
Open the Notebook screen and tap the Sync with Cloud button. You must be logged in. Notes are stored locally by default; syncing backs them up and enables sharing with friends.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data. If you have trouble accessing Settings, email us and we will process the deletion manually.
The app shows "No Internet Connection" — what should I do?
Bible reading and local notebook features work offline. Features that require a network connection (missions, cloud sync, mailbox, shop) will display a notice. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again.
